This information sharing is necessary to execute the service you have engaged us to provide and is limited to the details the carrier requires to complete your shipment.

3.2 Permit and Compliance Agencies

For shipments requiring oversize or overweight transportation permits, we may share load dimensional data, route information, and carrier assignment details with state transportation agencies and permit procurement services as required to obtain the necessary permits for your shipment. This information is used exclusively for permit procurement purposes.

3.3 Service Providers and Technology Partners

We work with a limited number of third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, processing payments, managing communications, and analyzing website usage. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed and to maintain appropriate security measures to protect it. Payment and Billing Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with federal tax and accounting recordkeeping requirements.

Inactive Account and Prospect Records: Information collected from quote requests or inquiries that did not result in a confirmed shipment is retained for up to twelve (12) months for follow-up communication purposes and then securely deleted or anonymized.

Website Usage Data: Automatically collected website usage data is retained in analytics systems for up to twenty-four (24) months and then aggregated or deleted in accordance with our analytics provider’s data retention policies.

When information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and no legal retention obligation applies, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with industry-standard data disposal practices.
